Creating a Job Application

The Penfield Central School District requires the following information if applying for a teaching/substitute teaching, teaching assistant/substitute teaching assistant, or administrative position: (please do not send duplicate materials by mail)

  • Completed Online Application
  • Resume
  • Cover Letter
  • Copies of certifications or verification from the TEACH website
  • College transcripts (unofficial acceptable)
  • At least 3 professional letters of recommendation
  • A written statement as the the unique skills, experiences and qualifications that you would bring to this position and the roles and responsibilities of a professional educator.  This can be done in the Questions section of the application.
